Returns

​

Robert Dylan Studio has a 14 days return policy. All goods must be returned with the order number stated.

 

Robert Dylan Studio is not responsible for the management and expenses of return shipments and the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. This includes domestic orders which qualified for free delivery.

 

International returns must state "Return no commercial value" on the box. Any fees incurred during the return will be deducted from the refund.

 

Important information:

 - Items must be returned in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.

- Robert Dylan Studio recommends using signed postage for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your return has been received and initiate a refund to your original payment method.
